Our executive team

Chairman

Elliott Mannis

  • Elliott is an experienced main board director and corporate leader.
  • Elliott founded the infrastructure practice at London Bridge Capital; debt capital markets origination, M&A, and strategic advisory.
  • After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Vancouver, Canada, Elliott moved to London in 1988. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of D1 Oils and prior to that Group Finance Director at AWG, the holding company for Anglian Water. Elliott was also previously Chairman of Cornerstone FS plc and an independent Non-Executive Director at Infram Energy.
  • Elliott is Chairman of Permastore Group and is an ambassador (previously a Trustee) at the Woodland Trust.
Chief Executive

Richard Saint

  • Richard is a senior corporate financier, who has advised and structured complex financial transactions in both the private and public markets for many of the largest energy and infrastructure companies across the UK and Europe.
  • Richard was formerly Head of Energy & Infrastructure at NatWest, responsible for the Bank’s strategy and assets across the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
  • Richard joined NatWest in July 2007 and has been involved in the energy & infrastructure sector for almost 20 years.
  • He also chaired the NatWest’s Sustainable Energy Forum, as such, has a strong focus on sustainability, renewables, energy efficiency, alternatively fuelled vehicles, and green finance.
Director

Gareth Edwards

  • Gareth is a senior corporate lawyer and was a partner in London law firm Pinsent Masons for 18 years.
  • Specialising in corporate and commercial advisory, Gareth has over 30 years’ experience of mergers & acquisitions and investment transactions.  He has acted on both the buyside and sellside in private company transactions and public company takeovers.
  • Throughout his career, Gareth has been extensively involved in cross-border deals covering amongst others: the US, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, and China.
  • In addition to his involvement with London Bridge Capital, Gareth is also a Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted Various Eateries plc, Cornerstone FS plc, and Chairman of Nightcap plc.
